SSLC Presents Federal Workforce Issue Paper for HSGAC August 5 Roundtable
Earlier this month, the U. S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs (HSGAC) held its roundtable on Bipartisan Government Reform. Melissa Wojciak, ApplyGov VP of Government Relations, participated on behalf of the Shared Services Leadership Coalition (SSLC), where she serves as a board member. In advance of the roundtable, SSLC published its issue paper calling for reform of the federal HR ecosystem and urging OPM to refocus on its core role of setting government-wide workforce policy, standards, and oversight, while agencies leverage shared services and commercial technology to improve HR delivery.
