Top of the TAS – Our Favorite MHME Projects from 2024

Thank you to our federal agencies for their collaboration in the continued innovation of the MHME Talent Acquisition System (TAS). It’s a key part of the reason why MHME is where it is today – a culmination of 24+ years (and counting!) of best practices and experiences from 100+ federal agencies – enabling you to hire the right people for mission success. Take a quick look back with us – and see if you can catch what we have planned for this year!

Preview Release 2025.1 on March 4, 2025

MHME Agencies: don’t miss our Client Preview on Tuesday, March 4 to see our first major release of 2025! In this Preview, we’ll show enhancements to better empower military spouse and 10-point veteran reviews, enforce more agency processes with new and earlier checkpoints in Vacancy Builder (like reviewing vacancy terminology prior to posting), manage holistic and bundled requests for Position Classification documents, and expand PC’s ability to support multiple active, custom cover sheets. Release 2025.1 will undergo UAT from March 7 – 28, and will be deployed to production systems on March 29, so make sure your agency joins!

How MonsterGov Can Support Agencies Through 2025 Hiring Changes

As recent orders and guidance continue to shape policies and requirements across federal agencies, MonsterGov wants to remind you we’re here to support your agency’s efforts in implementing these changes. Earlier this month, we shared suggested agency actions, based on feedback from MHME’s user community, and areas where MonsterGov is taking action for the MHME talent acquisition system. We plan to update the Corner post in the next few weeks so look out for the email notification.

Let’s Get Together on March 19 at our Water Cooler!

It’s been a few months since our last Water Cooler, and we think it’s time for another! The MonsterGov team was focused on higher-priority webinars for our agencies (MD-715 Reporting, End-to-End Job Analysis, and Agencywide Certificate-Sharing), and now we’re ready for a casual walk over to the (virtual) Water Cooler so we can hear your questions, share perspectives, and let you connect with other agencies. MonsterGov agencies are invited to meet us on Wednesday, March 19 from 3 to 4 pm ET, and the session will not be recorded.
