Ready to Modernize your Agency’s Job Analysis Process?
Automation, automation, automation. You wanted job analysis to be more seamless, and we’ve delivered. MonsterGov is thrilled to share the latest advancements in our federal MHME Job Analysis solution, which allows HR users to streamline the process of determining tasks and competencies, identify and calculate the appropriate assessment questions and weights, and pull those into the application process. Check out some of our favorite new Job Analysis capabilities below. We will also host a webinar on MHME’s Job Analysis next month, so look out for an invite from the Corner!
Join us for a Preview of MHME Release 4.20
MHME Release 4.20 is gearing up for deployment, with UAT starting on November 14. MHME users are encouraged to join us for a preview on November 13, 2024, to make sure your agency is prepared for UAT and ready to explore the new features within this release. With Release 4.20, agencies will see a series of user experience enhancements in the MHM applicant tracking system, including a new indicator to mark shared certificates in Applicant Manager. Anticipating USAJOBS Changes for Veteran Eligibility
USAJOBS is rolling out changes to help veterans job seekers understand if they are eligible for veterans’ preference and other veteran-specific hiring opportunities. This improvement may have minimal to no impact on MHME since agencies’ existing eligibility set(s) will remain in place, which are setup to accept Veterans’ Preference claims based on responses to eligibility set questions. Check out the Corner post below for FAQs and more information on how MonsterGov supports Veterans’ Preference.
Why MonsterGov’s Federal Applicant Assessments Stand Out?
There are many reasons why our federal applicant assessment solutions stand out, like our reusable scores at no extra cost to agencies, as well as our seamless applicant experience thanks to our integrated system.
Celebrating FedRAMP During Cybersecurity Month
October is Cybersecurity Month, and MonsterGov is celebrating! We’re proud to offer agencies the leading FedRAMP-authorized federal talent acquisition system available to the federal government. The security and privacy of the federal workforce are critical, and MHME’s FedRAMP security package is available for federal agencies to leverage for their own system’s ATO.
Upcoming Training and 2025 Calendar Updates
• Basic Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME): November 6 – 7
• Advanced Monster Hiring Management Enterprise (MHME): November 20 – 21
The 2025 MHME System Training Calendar will be released very soon – in early November! We encourage agencies to take advantage of their Educational Units (EUs) by either registering for our listed open-enrollment courses or scheduling a private agency session. Any agencies interested in private training for 2024 must schedule it prior to December 1, at which point our December calendar is considered final. Training sessions for 2025 can be scheduled once the 2025 calendar is released.
Happy Halloween from your favorite Monster!
