It allows users to create and post vacancy announcements, receive and track applications, communicate with applicants, administer multi-hurdle assessment phases, refer candidates for selection, and more. FedHire Hiring Management enables various agency stakeholders, from subject matter experts to hiring managers, to engage in the hiring process with transparent dashboards that keeps everyone aligned.
FedHire Hiring Management offers an intuitive and modern user experience for HR staff, hiring managers, job seekers, and other users. Job seekers are invited to an agency-branded Seeker Portal to submit applications and necessary documentation – and they can check their application status at any time. HR users are supported with a range of tools to help with their everyday work, including bulk action features, process checklists, and agency-managed templates. With Single-Sign On, agency HR users, including hiring managers, can securely access their work anytime, anywhere. Apply Government Solutions (ApplyGov) offers a live help desk, plus email options, for any additional support needed for HR users or job seekers.
Our Hiring Management features a series of advanced search, filter, and data mining tools, which better enable HR users to manage applicant pools. With custom applicant tags, adjudicated special authority claims and visible veterans’ preferences, users can easily spot any special designations helpful for selection decisions. Candidate statuses can be easily changed, applicant communications can reflect the agencies’ tone and style, and milestones are tracked for easy reporting.
FedHire Hiring Management meets all OPM requirements, complies with 508 regulations, and can adapt to agency-specific policies. Our system employs a multi-layer security approach with multiple security access levels to protect sensitive information and integrates with USAJOBS and other GOTS, COTS, and vendor solutions within the HR-LOB.
