MonsterGov Preparing Wave 1 Agencies for TAS Integration with OPM HCM

OPM continues to faceΒ contracting challenges, protests, and timeline delays, which are affecting decision-making around its future HCM provider. The good news: MonsterGov is continuing to collaborate with OPM, and other federal stakeholders, to prepare our Wave 1 clients to integrate with the Core HCM once a decision is made. We are aiming to make this integration as seamless as possible for agencies and are optimistic to bring the future state to reality.

OPM confirmed the Core HCM system will align to theΒ Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM)Β and Human Capital Federal Integrated Business Framework (HC-FIBF). This standardized approach is specifically designed to support integrations toΒ all agency vendors, including MonsterGov. More good news:Β MHME is already FedRAMP-authorized, so we’re ahead of the game when it comes to security. MHME agencies already operate on a modernized, data-ready TAS, with powerful classification, assessments, reporting, and other solutions that enable theΒ Merit Hiring PlanΒ and will supercharge their outcomes with the future HCM.

In addition to directly supporting MHME agencies, MonsterGov is providing guidance to OMB, OPM, and other federal leaders, viaΒ ACT-IAC’s Modernizing Federal HR programΒ on commercially available HR IT solutions to integrate into the core HCM system. Yes, we want to help find the best federal TAS providers! A healthy, competitive federal HRIT market means better innovation, better options, better pricing, better value, and ultimately better results for agencies, the workforce, and the people we all serve.

MHME users who would like to stay even more in-the-know on MonsterGov,Β meet us in the Corner!
