Evolve your Federal Hiring Program with Data-Driven Reporting
With the federal workforce high on The White House’s priority list, agencies face numerous initiatives to modernize, strengthen, and advance their talent strategies. Central to these efforts is the need for stronger data collection, sharper analytics, and more effective reporting to generate actionable insights. Apply Government Solution’s federal talent acquisition system, FedHire, is built to safely capture loads of hiring metrics to empower agencies with the data necessary to inform strategy, improve hiring decisions, optimize processes, and efficiently respond to reporting requirements mandated by OPM, EEOC, and other regulators. The FedHire Analytics module provides a secure environment for agencies to access, export, and deliver critical hiring data, from all modules of the FedHire TAS, with confidence.
The Analytics module is prepopulated with predefined reports to make it easier to respond to data inquiries or fulfill common or required reporting needs, such as time-to-hire metrics. Within Analytics, agencies can also build custom report queries and extract specific datasets with the ad-hoc functionality. With the combination of standard and ad-hoc reporting tools, users have more power and flexibility to better examine their agency’s hiring data, such as applicants, vacancies, eligibility question responses, certificate data, and even user accounts – and ultimately improve their overall strategy with data-driven insights.
FedHire agencies own their TAS data – and that means more flexibility and power in how it’s used. In addition to the standard and ad-hoc reporting, agencies can feed their FedHire data into other agency HRIT systems or their agency’s data warehouse. Agencies can extract the required data on their own but also have the option to set up any automatic data transmissions to support holistic reporting with the help of the ApplyGov Professional Services team.
With the FedRAMP-authorized FedHire system, agencies have a secure environment to access, manage, and share hiring data with optimal performance and minimal processing times. FedHire complies with NIST 800-37, NIST 800-53a, HR PII data protection, Section 508, and E-Government standards, and is configurable to respond to new reporting requirements or address unique mission needs.
As always, the ApplyGov Professional Services team is ready to support agencies with federal reporting requirements, or any additional data needs, as requested. Similar to supporting the Assessments Dashboard or the EEOC Applicant Data Flow, ApplyGov is able to set up ad hoc data queries for extraction and delivery on behalf of agencies or specific integrations per agency requirements.
