Based Hiring Assessments per OPM’s Merit Hiring Plan
While implementing federal hiring assessments has been a governmentwide initiative since EO 13932 issued in 2020, OPM’s Merit Hiring Plan asks agencies to end the use of self-report assessments for rating and ranking by September 30, 2025. ApplyGov hosted a webinar to help our federal agency clients and AHME users better understand how ApplyGov supports OPM’s Merit Hiring Plan, including the latest on federal hiring assessments.
